What processes can the connected workstation complete?

Depending on the protocol you program: slide baking, deparaffinization, hydration, H&E or special staining, washing, dehydration, clearing, automatic transfer, and film coverslipping. The exact sequence follows the staining workflow and reagent configuration you set up.

What is the real throughput of the workstation?

HT-BSHE-660 stains up to 660 slides per hour and HT-FilmC-1000 coverslips up to 1000. Do not describe the workstation as a fixed 1000-slide-per-hour system. Finished-slide output comes down to the staining protocol, rack schedule, reagent steps, slide loading, and operating conditions, so quoting the ceiling creates a complaint later.

How do slides move from staining to coverslipping?

Once the staining program ends, the rack transfers into the connected HT-FilmC-1000 for film coverslipping. That removes the routine manual handling between modules and stops stained racks sitting on the bench waiting for someone to be free.

Why film coverslipping instead of glass?

It removes glass coverslip handling and manual glue dispensing, which is where glue overflow, glass fragments, and long drying waits come from. Still judge the finished slides yourself on film flatness, bubbles, edge coverage, tissue visibility, and microscopic clarity before you commit.

Can the film be used on Sakura coverslippers?

It can be evaluated for selected Sakura film coverslipper models, but compatibility has to be confirmed by exact machine model and sample testing. Check film width, feeding method, cutting requirements, equipment settings, and the finished slides before routine supply. Do not assume it fits every Sakura model.

Can local or third-party H&E reagents be used?

The reagent station layout is configurable, so local or third-party reagents can be evaluated. Validate the complete protocol before routine operation: staining time, reagent volume, washing, differentiation, bluing, dehydration, clearing, and the final slide result all need reviewing together.

What installation conditions must be confirmed?

Before the final quotation: configuration, installation space, doorway access, voltage and frequency, water supply, drainage, ventilation, bench layout, and service access. Connected and standalone setups have different requirements, so the layout should be approved before shipment rather than debated on installation day.

What should be checked in pre-shipment testing?

System startup and self-check, staining program operation, rack movement, automatic transfer between modules, film feeding and cutting, coverslipping performance, alarm response, and finished-slide appearance.
